Honesdale Golf Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in Pennsylvania, chartered in 1900, and is honored to introduce in 2024; our new 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation called Honesdale Golf Heritage Club, Inc.
Philanthropic support is more important than ever as the Honesdale Golf Club focuses on advancing the game of golf. Your gift enables us to become more resilient in delivering a thriving, welcoming and sustainable game now and in the future
The purpose of the Honesdale Golf Heritage Club, Inc. is to create and support community-based programs that improve the health, education, and welfare of all children and members of Wayne County, Pennsylvania; to raise funds, recruit volunteers, provide scholarships, and offer the teaching and love for the game of golf.
Our amenities and golf course offers a challenging 18 holes using varying tee locations and what many consider some of the finest greens in golf. The course plays as a PAR 35 on the front nine and a PAR 35 on the back nine with the course record held by member and Masters Champion Art Wall Jr., who posted an amazing 27/31 for a record breaking round of 58 back in 1942.
